Shipping Policy

Currently, we ship within Japan only. We are working on international shipping and will announce when available.

Orders are dispatched within 3–4 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Shipping fees: Free for orders over ¥10,000. Shipping fees apply for orders under ¥10,000 (calculated at checkout).

Carriers: Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post.

Delivery date preferences will be communicated once the carrier is confirmed. Additional time may be required for remote islands. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or stock availability.
