Refund policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we do not accept 
returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Eligible Returns:
・Damaged or defective items
・Incorrect items received

If your order falls under the above, please contact us within 7 days 
of receipt at support@beautejapon.com with your order number and photos 
showing the issue.

・Returns due to customer preference
・Items returned more than 7 days after receipt

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the 
approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original 
payment method within 10 business days.
